Optimum Voyage at Asia Pacific Maritime 2026

Optimum Voyage attended Asia Pacific Maritime 2026 at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore from 25 to 27 March.

Over the three days we met shipowners, charterers, operators and platform providers from across the region, both at the event and in visits to offices around Singapore during the week.

What the conversations centered on

Three themes came up again and again:

• Voyage performance. How daily route and speed optimization affects fuel consumption, arrival and weather exposure across a fleet, and how the results can be verified voyage by voyage.
• Fuel savings. Where the savings actually come from when route and speed are optimized together, and what a realistic potential looks like for different vessel types and trades.
• API integration. How voyage optimization through API can be integrated directly into existing platforms and operational systems, without changing the tools teams already work in.
